Everything needed for the journey: the vehicle, your chauffeur, fuel, motorway vignette and tolls, parking, airport fees and up to 60 minutes of waiting at the airport (15 minutes at other addresses). Gratuity is at your discretion. Only extra stops you add on the day are billed additionally, and we tell you the rate before we set off.
Quotes are usually sent within 15 minutes during the day and always within a few hours overnight. Same-day and next-day bookings are normal for us because we are based next to Zurich Airport. For WEF week, Christmas and February ski holidays, book as early as you can: vehicles are allocated on a first-come basis.
We track your flight number. Your chauffeur adjusts to the actual landing time, so you are met whether you land early or late. Delays are covered by the free waiting time and are never charged as a no-show.
Yes. Infant, toddler and booster seats are provided free of charge, just tell us the children's ages. V-Class and Sprinter vehicles carry skis, snowboards and golf bags; sedans take two large suitcases plus hand luggage.
Yes. Cross-border transfers to Milan, Como, Munich, Stuttgart, Lyon, Courchevel and other destinations are quoted as one fixed fare with no vehicle change at the border. All our vehicles are registered and insured for international travel.

For a group of two or more heading to a resort, a private transfer is often the same price as first-class train tickets, with no changes at Visp or Chur, no dragging ski bags through stations and a door-to-door arrival.
